I went in for some quick grocery items and a few Christmas items. The young man who rung me up didn’t give me all my bags which I didn’t notice til I got home. Called Target only to be told I can come back and shop for the items again and then go to customer service. Why should I have to run around the store again, I told them the items they should look for them and bag them, hold it at customer service til I can go back to pick it up. This is not the first time, but it will be the last time.
I found the cutest blue outdoor mat for my front door. I knew Target would have exactly what I was looking for! It's so perfect. On most occasions, Target has exactly what I need or didn't need, but had to purchase the items anyway Lol. I love shopping at Target even during the holiday season because Summerville SC Target is organized and they have plenty of staff to help with direction!
Beyond messy. Usually out of what I need. Interested in shopping the clothes section, but Goodwill is more organized than this. Same situation over a month ago and thought I missed an early Black Friday shopping memo. These pictures are from when they opened at 8am.
Target is a very nice store. It's clean and the associates are very nice. I went to the electronics department and, although they couldn't help me with my phone, they tried and gave me some good advice.
Have been here a few times and it's pretty solid, have also used the pick up space as well. It wasn't flawless. My two Sisters ordered Xmas gifts for my Daughter, with the space to use and 4 digit code. The Target staff could not see it on their scanners. They had to search by my Sister's name. It showed I had been waiting 28 minutes but it never alerted them.
Was charged for an item I never bought. It was the 2nd to last item on my receipt and I am not sure why this would have happened. Unfortunately, target customer service would only issue my money back in a gift card. Also tried to contact the main line and the phone just hangs up. Please check your receipts!
Store has decent stock of items. Lots of various things I haven't seen in other stores. Hands down the best Lego aisle around! Several years ago thier Blu-ray/DVDs was the best selection around but now sadly those have dwindled and their vinyl selection has taken a nose dive being only 6 albums wide and 3 or 4 shelves tall. Good part is no flipping through them since there's only 6 or 7 artist to choose from. Seems a partnership might have been made as the rest of the electronics section has turned into a "fruit stand." Alone, knowing that is enough to keep me from entering.
On 11/15, I returned a few clothing items I changed my mind about and no longer needed. I was introduced at the Guest Service counter by “Yusifa” (i think). She asked why I was returning, and after I responded she scoffs and says “I can’t believe in America you can just buy things and return whenever you change you mind”. I asked where she’s from and stated Ukraine, and there you keep what you buy. I’ve never experienced anyone, let alone someone who is from a different country, make me feel guilty for doing something that is common practice and is not a sinful act. I tried to help her understand it was $60 of clothes in good condition and could you that money for true needs especially in our economic climate right now. The attitude from her continued and she said it’s unbelievable. We all have our own opinions, but have self control please keep it to yourself as a professional. Tried getting in touch with the GM but phone goes straight to a beep :/
